Preventative Maintenance and Service Agreement

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is seeking a preventative maintenance and service agreement for ICP-OES and ICP-MS instruments and associated accessories. The agreement will cover a period of three years, with one base year and two option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing one scheduled preventative maintenance visit for the instruments and accessories, as well as unlimited break-down site visits and priority repair service. The contractor will also provide troubleshooting support and on-site repair services as needed. • The agreement will cover four PerkinElmer Avio 500 ICP-OES and one PerkinElmer Nexion 2000 Model C ICP-MS instruments and accessories. • The contractor will be required to provide a management plan and technical capability statement as part of their proposal. • The government will evaluate proposals based on technical capability, past performance, and price. • The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, with a total duration of 36 months.
