Construction Project – Upper Air Building Restorat

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to restore and modernize the Upper Air Building at the Weather Forecast Office in Key West, FL. The project includes updating power panels, replacing lighting, cleaning and sealing the building, restoring doors and venting systems, and ensuring all repairs meet industry standards and safety requirements. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform the tasks outlined in the Statement of Work. • The project has a period of performance of 60 days from the date of award. • The contractor must have experience with building restoration and must provide a detailed technical approach write-up describing how they will perform the services. • The contractor must also provide at least two references from separate contracts for similar services within the past two years. • The Government intends to award a trade-off, single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.
