This solicitation seeks an Ohio‑based vendor to provide an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for testing, certification, maintenance, repair, and parts replacement of Self‑Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) across multiple City of Columbus public‑utility facilities. The contractor must field a mobile testing truck equipped with a PosiChek 3 performance tester, respond to service calls within 24 hours, and deliver detailed test reports within 30 days. Pricing is required for a comprehensive list of line items, with award based on the combined hourly and overtime rates.
• Provide onsite bench testing, hydrostatic testing, recharging, and repair of SCBA units using Scott‑authorized methods.
• Supply and install any required parts, charging according to the marked‑up percentage disclosed.
• Maintain state licensing, be located within Ohio or ≤ 100 mi of the service sites, and meet a 24‑hour emergency response window.
