Septic System Overhaul

The State of Arkansas, Department of Parks and Tourism, is soliciting bids for a septic system overhaul project. The project involves the overhaul of the Dardanelle Area septic system. The bid submission deadline is 12/30/2025, at 4:00 p.m. Central Time. The bid responses must be emailed to [email protected]. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder. • The bid must include a completed Bid Response Packet, a signed Bid Signature Page, and the Official Bid Price. • The bid must meet all the requirements and specifications set forth in the solicitation document. • The contractor must be registered as a vendor to receive payment and must provide the necessary banking information for ACH direct deposit. • The contractor must certify that they are not engaged in a boycott of Israel or any other prohibited activities. • The contractor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and the inspection and acceptance procedures.
