Supply True HEPA particle filter of Blueair air purifier

The U.S. Embassy in New Delhi, India is seeking a supplier to provide 1,200 sets of True HEPA particle filters for Blueair air purifiers, Model-503, BLF-500PA. The contractor must deliver the filters to the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi within 60 days of contract award. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. • The filters must be genuine Blueair make filters. • The contractor must provide a detailed matrix indicating that the specifications of the offered filters are in compliance with the required minimum specifications. • The contractor must quote for only original/genuine Blueair make filters. • The contractor is responsible for all shipping and handling, duties at the origin, insurance, storage, and demurrage charges at the delivery location. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations applicable to its performance under this contract.
