Z--Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source for U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS)

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source contract to Haggards Excavating LLC for the urgent repair of a well pump, motor, and associated well pipe. The repair is necessary to preserve the early rearing of rainbow trout and mussel host species that are reliant on this water source. • The contract will be a firm fixed price contract under the authority of FAR 6.103-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency. • The NAICS code for this requirement is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures. • Interested parties may submit a statement of capabilities, but any cost associated with preparation and submission of data will not be reimbursed by the Government.
