Description
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a contractor to provide Families Together Building Solutions Services in Cass and St. Joseph Counties. The contract term is three years with up to two one-year renewal options. The selected contractor will be expected to provide services that meet the requirements outlined in the RFP. The evaluation process included technical evaluation criteria such as bidder experience and past performance, education, credentials, and qualifications, staffing, training, agency organization, and location, program implementation, and vendor question worksheet.
