Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the provision of Asphalt Products for various city departments and agencies. The contract term is for 12 months with an option to renew for up to one additional year. The estimated expenditure for the contract period is $3,500,000.00. Bidders must submit their quotes electronically through PHLContracts by 10:30 AM on the bid opening date.
