TRAMONTO DRIVE (17537) BULKHEAD

The City of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the Tramonto Drive (17537) Bulkhead project, which involves constructing a new bulkhead retaining structure downslope of the existing damaged timber bulkhead on Tramonto Drive. The project includes installation of new asphalt concrete paving, concrete curb and gutter, pedestrian handrail, and metal beam guardrail. The successful bidder will be required to provide two good and sufficient surety bonds. The bid documents are available for download on the CLA Regional Alliance Marketplace for Procurement website. • The project is located in the Castellammare area of the Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles. • The new bulkhead will be approximately 320 feet in length and will be constructed with cast-in-drilled-hole (CIDH) piles with steel wide flange beams and colored pre-cast concrete lagging. • The project is funded entirely by Senate Bill 1 (SB-1) Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation funds. • The City Engineer's estimate for the project is $10,071,790.00.
