Buy Back Mini Excavators and Tractor Loader Backhoes

The Idaho Transportation Department is seeking bids for the buy-back of 14 mini excavators and 10 tractor loader backhoes. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the equipment by May 1, 2026. The bid must include a fully completed and signed Submittal Form A, as well as all required Submittal Forms. The State reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the mandatory submission requirements. • The equipment must meet the specifications outlined in Exhibit 2 - Scope of Work. • The bid must include a Buy-Back price and a Unit price for each piece of equipment. • The State reserves the right to award multiple contracts. • The bid must be submitted electronically through IPRO. • The Bidder must provide financial information and statements upon request.
