The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) seeks contractors to provide a range of heavy‑equipment services and associated hauling for snow‑removal and flood‑control across the state. Vendors may submit hourly rates for operating equipment (dozers, tractors, graders, snow‑plows, pay‑loaders, snow‑cats, backhoes, excavators, water pumps) and separate transport rates, as well as per‑mile rates for moving emergency snow‑removal equipment between locations. The contract runs from early November 2026 through June 30 2027, with possible short extensions.
