The State of New Jersey Department of Transportation is seeking contractors to provide emergency winter‑season towing and roadside‑recovery services across a statewide network of highways, interstates and state routes. The contract is structured as a series of 66 price‑line line items (each covering a specific mile‑post segment) for both medium‑duty (≤ 11,500 lb GVWR) and heavy‑duty (> 11,500 lb GVWR) tow trucks. Contractors must submit an all‑inclusive hourly rate for each line, meet a two‑hour response requirement, and be available 24 × 7 throughout the winter season (Oct 1 – Apr 30).
