Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking an authorized New Holland dealer to provide labor and materials for repairing New Holland and Ford mowers, tractors, and related implements used at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The vendor must supply all parts, labor, and delivery/pick‑up services, quoting hourly labor rates, catalog discounts, and cost‑plus mark‑ups for non‑catalog items. The contract is limited to $7,500 or one year, whichever occurs first, and all pricing must be firm‑price with no separate freight charges.
• Must be an authorized New Holland dealer and able to service equipment at CHIA.
• Provide full catalogs, discounts, and a work‑day lead time for parts delivery.
• Submit electronic bid by March 16, 2026 3:00 PM, including required compliance disclosures (Northern Ireland Fair Employment and Wage‑Theft).
