Dr. H. J. Brooks Park Improvements Project

The Lowcountry Council of Governments seeks professional engineering services to redesign and upgrade the Dr. H. J. Brooks Park in Varnville. The scope includes restoring the basketball court, demolishing and replacing playground equipment with ADA‑accessible units, adding a pavilion, updating baseball field lighting, re‑fencing the 2.5‑acre site, enhancing landscaping, rehabilitating existing restrooms, constructing a walking trail, and installing trash receptacles and benches (subject to funding).
