Description
The Department of Corrections is seeking information regarding the purchase of used trucks and trailers for CDL training purposes. The required specifications include 2 units of trucks with acceptable makes such as Kenworth, International, Freightliner, or Peterbilt, standard 10-speed or 13-speed transmissions, sleeper trucks, and mileage of 500,000 miles or under. Additionally, the department requires one flatbed trailer (40 ft or 53 ft) and one dry box trailer (53 ft) in good condition.
• The department is seeking information to assist with the development of a solicitation for the purchase of used trucks and trailers.
• Respondents are required to submit their responses via email to Amanda Wasko by 2:00 PM on 01/13/26.
• The department reserves the right to consider or reject any and all responses to this Request.
• The department will not award a contract on the basis of this RFI nor will it pay for information it receives.
