Asset Forfeiture Ammunition Disposal Service BPA

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking a contractor to provide asset forfeiture ammunition disposal services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The contractor will be responsible for processing, transporting, storing, and supplying requests for shipping ammunition, as well as disposing of small arms ammunition. The BPA will have a one-year base period and four option years. The contractor must be a small business concern. • The contractor will provide facility destruction services, on-site mobile destruction services, and on-site mobile destruction service travel. • The contractor will also provide other direct costs (ODCs) for shipping support. • The BPA will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government, with price and other factors considered. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and confidentiality.
