Potable Water Testing Services, Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is seeking a contractor to provide potable water testing services at Buffumville Lake Park in Charlton, MA. The contractor will be responsible for sampling and testing the water in accordance with the Massachusetts Drinking Water Regulations. The contractor will also be the primary communicator between the government and the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must have an active registration in SAM.gov at the time of submission. • The contractor must complete and submit all required documents and forms to allow for the public water supply to operate in accordance with the Mass DEP. • The contractor must provide certificates and licenses as required by 310 CMR 22.00: The Massachusetts Drinking Water Regulations.
