Asbestos Abatement – Air Monitoring Services at Lufkin State Living Center

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Asbestos Abatement – Air Monitoring Services at Lufkin State Supported Living Center. The contract will be awarded to the bidder that best meets the requirements outlined in the IFB. The scope of work includes providing air monitoring services to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work. The contract term will be upon award, and the contractor will be required to provide services as needed. • The contractor must have experience in asbestos abatement and air monitoring services. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work. • The contractor must be able to provide services as needed. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must have a valid Texas Identification Number (TIN). • The contractor must have a completed and signed Form 1295, Certificate of Interested Parties, if selected for award.
