CITY OF EAGLE PASS On-Call Unit Price Flatwork and Street Improvement Services

The City of Eagle Pass is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB #2027‑004) to establish one or more on‑call, unit‑price contracts for civil‑construction services such as concrete flatwork, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveway approaches, ADA ramps, minor asphalt repair, pavement markings, utility adjustments, landscaping, and related restoration work. The contracts will be awarded by separate Bid Groups (A‑Concrete/Flatwork, B‑Asphalt/Pavement, C‑Markings, D‑Utility & Miscellaneous) on a lowest‑responsive‑responsible‑bidder basis. No minimum quantity or dollar amount is guaranteed; work will be issued via individual Work Orders as needs arise. Bidders must submit sealed bids (original + two hard copies + USB PDF) by Oct 28, 2026, and provide a 5 % bid bond. The initial contract term is one year with an optional renewal subject to CPI‑U price adjustment.
