Description
The City of Fayetteville seeks qualified contractors to execute a comprehensive streetscape upgrade at Market Square, including expansion of the historic Market House, installation of brick pavers, new pedestrian pathways, ramps, crosswalks, islands, signage, irrigation, landscaping, fencing, and related civil works. The contract is a stipulated‑price construction agreement (EJCDC) with a 180‑day performance period, a 5 % bid bond, and a 10 % Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goal.
