HICS Boring and Erosion

The United States Air Force is seeking information from small businesses for a potential contract to perform HICS boring and erosion work at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. The work will involve directional boring and erosion repair at up to 40 locations within a 140-mile radius of the base. The contractor will be responsible for providing all plant, labor, equipment, supervision, services, and materials to execute and satisfy the requirements of the contract. The contract is expected to be a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a five-year ordering period and a maximum value of $2 million. • The contractor will be required to perform work in a variety of locations, including but not limited to, the 10th, 12th, and 490th Missile Squadrons. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and materials, including but not limited to, directional boring equipment, erosion control materials, and safety equipment. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to, environmental and safety regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a quality control plan and to perform all quality control inspections and testing required by the contract. • The contractor will be required to provide a safety plan and to ensure that all work is performed in a safe and healthy manner.
