Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER FY 27-32)

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide base engineering requirements at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. The contractor will be responsible for managing and executing over 100 simultaneous projects, including maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on real property. The base encompasses over 8,145 acres and 850 facilities, and the contractor will need to provide prompt response and efficient management of task orders. The contractor will be required to maintain a local office to facilitate services. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing all management, labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and design capabilities to accomplish the projects • Working on a broad range of facilities, including research and development, hospital, secure areas, airfields, flight line, infrastructure, administrative, residential, pavements, industrial, recreational, fitness, assembly, and formal offices • Maintaining a local office to facilitate services • Providing prompt response and execution of all task orders • Negotiating with the Contracting Officer (CO) for individual task orders
