The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified architectural and engineering (A/E) firms to populate a Short‑Selection Database that will be used for FY 2024‑FY 2027 contracts across multiple Texas locations. The solicitation is set‑aside for Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSBC) and requires submission of a consolidated PDF (max 20 pages) containing a cover letter, SAM printout, and complete SF‑330 (Parts I & II) with up to ten project examples.
