Description
This opportunity is a total Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set‑aside IDIQ contract for architectural and engineering services supporting VA medical facilities in the VISN 5 region (Washington, DC; Maryland; West Virginia). The award will be a 10‑year IDIQ with a total ceiling of $450 million, and individual task orders ranging from $2,500 to $2 million. Eligible firms must be SDVOSBs and must be registered in VetBiz and SAM. No technical (SF‑330) submissions are required at this pre‑solicitation stage; firms should monitor for the official solicitation expected in late December 2026/early January 2027.
