Meadowview Road Sidewalk Improvements

The City of Greensboro is seeking qualified contractors to construct new concrete sidewalks, a driveway, curb ramps, curb‑and‑gutter, relocate fire hydrants, and upgrade traffic/pedestrian signaling along Meadowview Road. The work involves roughly 7,425 SY of 4‑in. sidewalks, 2,600 SY of 6‑in. driveway, 53 curb ramps, about 1,885 LF of curb‑and‑gutter, and associated site work such as erosion control, traffic control, pavement repair, and markings, all in accordance with city‑approved plans and specifications. Bids must be sealed and submitted by the March 19 deadline, with a 5 % bid security and 100 % performance and payment bonds required.
