Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to design, fabricate, and install a new automatic aqueous parts washer at the Red River Army Depot (RRAD) in Texarkana, TX. The washer must meet or exceed current washer size and requirements, including a power source of 460V 3PH, a heat source of steam, a pump HP of 50+, a flow rate of 320gpm+, and a pressure of 150psi+. The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, tools, and instrumentation to perform the required tests, and shall also provide training to facility personnel. The contract includes a one-year warranty, and the contractor shall be responsible for any damage to materials, components, or equipment during transportation.
• The contractor shall provide a graphical, machine-specific lockout/tagout procedure.
• The contractor shall provide three hard copies and one electronic copy of operations sequence, system program, bill of materials, wiring diagrams/schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• The contractor shall provide training to facility personnel, including system operation and maintenance personnel.
• The contractor shall be responsible for packaging, preservation, and packing for shipment to RRAD.
