Description
The Douglas County School System is seeking a qualified company to provide paper products and chemical supplies for its School Nutrition Department. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to five years. The selected company will be required to deliver products to 32 schools and the Central Office in Douglas County. The estimated annual expenditure for this contract is approximately $750,000.
• The company must be registered to do business in the State of Georgia.
• The company must have at least 5 years of experience in providing similar products and services.
• The company must provide evidence of liability insurance and worker's compensation coverage.
• The company must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act.
• The company must provide a completed Lobbying and Disclosure Form.
• The company must submit a completed Respondent Information Form.
• The company must provide a copy of its qualification documents, including licenses, project lists, and insurance certificates.
