Cold Patch

The City of Winston-Salem is seeking bids for Cold Patch per the specifications included in this document. The City is looking for a vendor to provide 200 tons of Winter Mix Cold Patch Asphalt and 200 tons of Summer Mix Cold Patch Asphalt. The vendor must maintain a fulfillment location within a 40-mile radius or less of the warehousing/production facility to ensure timely pickup and reduce transit risk. The City reserves the right to buy more or less than the quantities listed in the proposal during the contract period. • The product must be new and unused and the manufacturer's latest listed and published stock model. • The vendor must provide repair parts and technical service in the form of a service representative. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and proposals. • The City reserves the right to cancel this contract by giving a thirty-day notice of said cancellation in writing.
