WSU 25-26 Utility Tunnel Repairs Near McCluskey Services Building

The Washington State University is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of the concrete utility tunnel lid structure at one location on the Pullman campus. The project must be substantially complete by August 14, 2026, with on-site construction activities starting no sooner than May 11, 2026. There are two alternates for this project.
