Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is conducting a sources sought to identify contractors who can provide a Steris Sterilizer sink, equipment, accessories, delivery, and installation. The procurement is for new equipment only, and the vendor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller. The equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The quote/response to sources sought must include a copy of the authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer and reps and certs identifying the vendor as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise/Native American-owned small business.
• The required equipment includes a Steris AMSCO 52 reprocessing sink, Steris Innoware Unity15 Gal Sonic Irrigator, Steris AMSCO 7052HP 480v Electric Washer, and other accessories.
• The place of performance is the Elko Service Unit in Elko, NV.
• The government will not split this requirement, and quotes must include all aspects of this RFQ.
• Payment will be made through the Invoicing Processing Platform (IPP).
