The program aims to support Department of War (DOW), Federal Aviation Agency (FAA), and foreign partners' operational needs. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the AMA program, including updating software, processing aeronautical datasets, and providing customer support. Key features of the program include:
• Support for iOS and Android platforms
• Maintenance of over 4.5 million lines of code across multiple operating environments
• Processing of 11-25 gigabytes of data from NGA, FAA, NavCanada, and other sources
• Compliance with NGA security requirements, including SWAP and whitelisting
• Delivery of requirements in a Contractor-owned/managed Cloud environment
The program has a 12-month base period with four 1-year options, and the contractor will be required to provide support during NGA business hours.
