New and Remanufactured/Compatible Toner Cartridges

The County of Chester is soliciting bids for new and remanufactured/compatible toner cartridges for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Counties Cooperative Purchasing Board. The contract will be for the furnishing of all materials and the performance of all work that may be required or necessary for the complete performance of the contract. The successful bidder will be required to execute a written agreement with the County and provide a performance bond in the sum of 100% of the total bid. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or to waive technicalities, as deemed to be in the best interest of the County. • The bid must be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase website. • A bid guaranty of not less than 10% of the grand total bid amount is required. • The bidder must provide a list of similar work recently completed. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor and workplace safety. • The bidder must provide any necessary lights, fences, barricades, and warning signs and take other precautions to protect persons and property during the progress of work.
