W0301-101-01 Sanitary Sewer Improvements for Cairo High School Athletic Facility Expansion

The City of Cairo is seeking bids for the Sanitary Sewer Improvements for Cairo High School Athletic Facility Expansion. The project involves the construction of approximately 1,050 L.F. of 8" Pipe Bursting, 17 V.F. of manhole rehabilitation, and all associated measures for the complete project. The work must be completed within 60 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion, and 74 consecutive calendar days for final completion. • The project is funded by a grant from the Local Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST). • Bidders must be licensed Utility Contractors by the State of Georgia. • A Bid Bond or certified cashier's check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid is required. • The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
