ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAINT JOHNS ROAD AREA FOR TOWN OF ALLENHURST

The project involves the repair and resurfacing of approximately 8,070 linear feet of existing asphalt roadway along Saint Johns Road, Jefferson Street/Saint Andrews Street, Whetstone Street, Gibson Street, and Jefferson Street, as well as the improvement and paving of approximately 850 linear feet of existing dirt roadway along Hall Street. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on August 6, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. local time at the Liberty County Board of Commissioners Office. • Bidders must purchase a Bid Packet for $175.00 to be considered a registered bidder. • The M/WBE goal for this project is 7% MBE and 3% WBE, for a total M/WBE participation of 10%. • The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
