Description
The Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism is soliciting bids for a comprehensive exterior renovation of the Assistant Residence at Cane Creek State Park. The work includes removal of existing building envelope components, supply and installation of new vinyl windows, aluminum storm doors, LP SmartSide siding and trim, new soffit and fascia, gable and roof vents, and a full interior‑exterior paint system with primer.
