Description
The City of Evanston is seeking proposals from experienced firms for National Bridge Inspection (NBIS) engineering services. The selected consulting firm will also serve as the Structural Program Manager for the City, as required by IDOT and FHWA. The scope of work includes conducting a cost proposal for NBIS engineering services for City-owned bridges. Key aspects of the project include:
• Conducting National Bridge Inspection (NBIS) for engineering services
• Serving as the Structural Program Manager for the City
• Providing a cost proposal for NBIS engineering services
• Working with IDOT and FHWA requirements
