Description
The Harris County Department of Education is seeking proposals for painting, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and flooring services. The contract will have a one-year initial term with three optional one-year renewal terms. The selected vendor will provide services for maintenance and job order contracting. The scope of work includes providing pricing discount schedules, time and materials pricing, and hourly not-to-exceed rates for labor. The vendor must also provide a coefficient proposal for the Unit Price Book(s) and include services required to obtain building permits and meet local and state standards.
• The contract will be available for use by HCDE and Choice Partners members.
