The City of Cincinnati’s Greater Cincinnati Water Works is seeking a qualified firm to perform a comprehensive condition assessment of nine historic water transmission mains totaling roughly 91,058 linear feet. The contractor must conduct non‑destructive inspections, collect high‑resolution video and metal‑thickness data, and deliver GIS‑compatible databases and detailed reports within a one‑year contract period.
