The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) is seeking a single source procurement for the refurbishment of five Trane Ventilation Processing Units (VPUs) currently installed at the Conner Complex Laboratory buildings. The selected contractor must have detailed schematic drawings, plans, and technical requirements of the laboratory mechanical systems, provide original manufacturer authorized parts, equipment, and service technicians, and offer a minimum of one year fabrication/installation warranty and a minimum of five year factory select mechanical maintenance agreement for each VPU.
