Extended Open Non-Professional Service Providers Phase 2

Frisco Independent School District is soliciting applications from qualified non-professional service providers/vendors to provide supplemental services to maintain high standards of educational excellence and operational efficiency. The services may include professional development/training, catering, athletic services, fine arts clinicians, and other vendors offering services related to the support of staff and student learning and extracurricular activities. The District anticipates fiscal year 2027 expenditures to be consistent with those of previous fiscal years, approximately $10,957,940 and $5,754,445 respectively. • The District has 12 high schools, 18 middle schools, one intermediate school, 43 elementary schools, and three special programs centers serving more than 64,000 students. • The District employs over 8,850 staff supporting the District’s mission: to know every student by name and need. • The evaluation criteria include purchase price, vendor reputation, quality of goods or services, extent to which goods or services meet the district’s needs, past relationship with the district, and total long-term cost to the district. • The District reserves the right to verify any information provided by a proposer, including references, qualifications, experience, certifications, financial capability, performance history, and representations made in its response.
