This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide aviation turbine fuels (JA1 and JAA) on an “into‑plane” basis to support U.S. Department of Defense and Federal civilian aircraft operating at commercial airports throughout the SOUTHCOM area of responsibility. The contract will be a fixed‑price requirements contract with economic price adjustments, covering a 4‑year performance period (Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2030). Offers are evaluated on technical compliance (COA/COQ and commitment letters) and price per U.S. gallon.
• Products: Jet‑A‑1 (JA1) and a variant (JAA) with full COA/COQ documentation.
• Scope: Delivery directly into aircraft at 18 listed airports across Central America, the Caribbean, South America, and Bermuda; each location evaluated separately.
• Requirements: Certified fuel analysis, a commitment letter from the Refueler/Fixed‑Base Operator, compliance with MIL‑STD‑1548H, inclusion of all airport fees in unit price, and electronic submission via email (≤10 MB).
