The U.S. Air Force is seeking a small‑business contractor to repair and upgrade Taxiways Alpha and Bravo at the North Auxiliary Airfield (Joint Base Lindsey Graham), SC. The work includes mill‑and‑overlay pavement, shoulder addition, new airfield lighting and signage, grading, pavement marking, storm‑drain installation, seeding, sodding, and associated civil‑engineering tasks. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, 100 % small‑business set‑aside solicitation with an estimated value between $1 M and $5 M. Work must begin within 60 days of award and be completed within 172 calendar days. The contractor must comply with extensive safety, environmental, Buy‑American, and green‑procurement requirements, and provide the required bonds and insurance.
