IFB 26-002-2230- Raleigh Place Sanitary Sewer Renewal (CIP# 33-140 Sewer Renewal: Raleigh Heights)

The City of Chesapeake is seeking bids for the replacement and/or rehabilitation of the existing sanitary sewer system within the Raleigh Heights area. The project includes replacement of gravity mains, manholes, and associated sewer laterals, as well as rehabilitation of the existing gravity sanitary sewer system through lining of gravity mains and manhole rehabilitation. Additional site work includes full-width asphalt paving, installation of concrete sidewalks and curb and gutter, asphalt pavement patching, and asphalt pavement milling and overlay. The project corresponds to City of Chesapeake CIP # 33-170 – Sewer Renewal: Raleigh Heights.
