The City of Springfield is seeking contractors to replace critical equipment at its Southwest Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project includes the removal and installation of three dewatering centrifuges, replacement of an inclined belt conveyor, upgrades to digester mixing for one anaerobic digester, addition of miscellaneous sludge handling equipment, and improvements to the control room. This work will require detailed engineering, procurement, and construction services, as well as coordination with plant operations. • Replace three (3) dewatering centrifuges with new units. • Replace inclined belt conveyor and upgrade digester mixing for one anaerobic digester. • Provide miscellaneous sludge handling equipment and control‑room enhancements. • Deliver complete engineering, procurement, and construction services, adhering to City of Springfield specifications and applicable wage orders.
