The Town of Longmeadow is seeking bids for the demolition and improvements of the former DPW facility. The project estimate is $2,070,355, and the town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A 5% bid deposit and 100% performance and payment bond are required with the contract. DCAMM Electrical sub-bids are due Friday, May 29, 2026 at 11am, and DCAMM General Contractor/Prime bids are due Tuesday, June 9, 2026 by 11am.
