RFS # 26-21 OPM RFS at Everett MIDDLE SCHOOL CONVERSION AT 548 BROADWAY

The City of Everett is seeking the services of a qualified Owner's Project Manager (OPM) to provide project management services for the design and renovation of the former Everett High School in Everett, Massachusetts. The project is in accordance with Section 44A ½ of Chapter 149. The OPM will be responsible for managing the project from design to completion. • The project involves the conversion of the former Everett High School into a new middle school. • The OPM will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • The City of Everett is looking for a qualified OPM with experience in managing similar projects. • The project is expected to be completed in accordance with the requirements of Section 44A ½ of Chapter 149. • The OPM will be required to work closely with the City of Everett and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project.
