Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Parata Systems LLC for the provision, delivery, installation, and maintenance of a Parata Pre-Packager system to support pharmacy operations within the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center Pharmacy. The system will enhance efficiency, accuracy, and patient safety by supporting unit-dose and/or multi-dose medication packaging. Key features of the contract include:
• The contractor shall provide a fully operational Parata Pre-Packager system
• The system shall support unit-dose and/or multi-dose medication packaging
• All services shall be performed by manufacturer-trained service engineers
• The contractor shall provide proprietary software, installation, integration, training, and preventive maintenance services
• The contract requires remote access to perform diagnostics for expedited service/repair of the ATV2 system
