The City of Detroit is seeking qualified vendors to provide demolition services for residential properties. The work includes abatement and demolition of properties, and the City reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor or all groups to one vendor. The successful vendor must complete all work within 120 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed. Key requirements include compliance with the Scope of Services, adherence to terms of quotes, and submission of required documents. • The City of Detroit has prepared a publicly available resource folder for review and download. • Suppliers must review all pertinent documents prior to submitting a response to this RFQ. • The City of Detroit reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. • The City of Detroit will evaluate all properties listed under this RFQ individually.
