Sanitary Sewer System Improvements

The City of Leary is seeking bids for the Sanitary Sewer System Improvements project, which consists of two phases: Investigation Phase and Construction Phase. The project includes pre-construction video inspection, manhole locates, raise manhole to grade, cured in place piping, pipebursting, service reinstatements, manhole rehabilitation, and post-construction video inspection. The project also includes the Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements, which consists of providing and installing a mechanical micro bar screen package, biofiltration system package, inline UV disinfection system package, sludge de-watering system package, lift station rehabilitation package, stationary generator set, electrical & control improvements, and construction on a sludge retention basin. • The project is expected to be funded by the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget through State and Local Fiscal Recovery Program. • Federal Requirements including 2CFR Part 200, Appendix II will apply to any contract awarded. • The City of Leary reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
