Fulton County, GA is seeking a qualified professional firm to provide comprehensive oversight and administration of its Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) NPDES Permit (No. GAS000117). The consultant will act as the County’s single point of responsibility for all permit‑related activities, including scheduling, monitoring, regulatory compliance, annual reporting, and preparation of a new permit application and updated Storm Water Management Plan when the current permit expires in 2029. The work encompasses civil, mechanical, electrical, architectural, geotechnical and structural engineering services, contract administration, bidding support, construction inspection, and citizen‑engagement activities. The contract term runs through December 31 2027 with two optional one‑year renewal periods, and the award will be based on a best‑value evaluation of technical competence and cost.
